Exception showing patch diff #511

There are cases that we fail to calculate commits and diffs for some patches. For example for patch: https://app.radicle.xyz/nodes/seed.radicle.gr/rad:z3gqcJUoA1n9HaHKufZs5FCSGazv5/patches/a741d6b38d0b064572848a897707e8d31688c969 we have the following exception:
