Analyse ROI inside blocks #34

Hello Cytomine developers,

I'm running out of ideas on how to perform the following automatically inside Cytomine, without involving any manual work.

  1. I have these ROIs in green colour, annotated by the pathologist.
  2. They have to be analysed in terms of blocks, as shown in blue colour.
  3. How do I overlap both, taking the blocks for analysis, but masking out areas other than the green ROIs.

Here's an example of the WSI with the ROIs and blocks, highlighted in green and light blue respectively.
