When changing role of an user to admin, ask a confirmation #121

Do not ask if role change between :

Admin to Super admin Super admin to Admin

Hello, Thanks. Tested. I see it is also active for new user : Good. :-)

A small change requested :

When I choose admin and I check the box, if a switch to user then reswitch to admin, the checkbox stay checked. Is it possible to uncheck the checkbox when we switch the role to user or guest ?

Good point! I just fix it, it should be ok now ;)
