Hidden reviewed annotations #124

Hello,

I have noticed that the "review layer" is invisible. It also bugs out the annotations in the other layers when it is set on visible.

In addition, in the annotations tab, it is impossible to switch to the reviewed annotations (the manual and algorithm annotations options work normally).

These errors were observed on the cytomine cloud app.

Issue has been fixed, if you encounter it try clearing your browser cache.
