we are currently using Cytomine very heavily for our collaboration projects and we are often asked if Cytomine offers an annotation tool like the Magic Wand builtin QuPath. This tool allows quasi-automatic annotation based on contrast/ brightness differences. Due to that tool QuPath is most convenient when it comes to annotation.
Are there any efforts planed to integrate such a tool or even migrate this function from QuPath to Cytomine?
