Add tablenumber capabilities to distinguish repeated image numbers from multiple datasets

Description

This PR addresses #30 by adding a tablenumber by user specification or automatically when there are multiple datasets being parsed by CytoTable. I encountered #187 during implementation, which may need to be resolved before merging.
