setLayoutProperties doesn't appear to work #113

If you use this function to set properties and then run the layout, it doesn't seem to use the properties. Including the same properties in the layoutNetwork function, however, works.

Actually, this works just fine. The bug is in the Cytoscape Settings GUI, which doesn't update unless you tab out of the field. Cytoscape bug.
