Feedback after installing apps #92

I've installed some apps with installApp. However it returned a character saying "App WikiPathways installed" Could this be reported to the user as a message instead?

Great suggestion! I've updated messages throughout the package to be reported as a message. Available as dev release now on github (or in a day or two on Bioconductor) and in the next official release.
