I am using r-cytoscape.js package for developing a shiny application for network analysis of gene expression signature data at the University of Cincinnati and one of the implementations requires layout extensions such as using cytoscape-spread.js to visualize the network. Since it's going to be an application which can be downloaded as well as a web version, I added the cytoscape-spread.js file and also updated the rcytoscapejs.yaml file to use the cytoscape-spread.js file.
