Update CyREST dependencies in cy-rest-ci-sample and cy-rest-json-util-sample #28

After the release of Cytoscape 3.6, the Cytoscape-App-Dependencies in the pom.xml for both these projects needs to be changed to cyREST;3.6.0 without the SNAPSHOT suffix.
