Add interactions from a reference network in NDEx #67

Obviously, this could be a CyNDEx app feature as well, but I suspect it's easier to implement as a script app.

Use case

  1. User starts with a network (or set of unconnected nodes)
  2. Apps > Add reference interactions > select from predetermined set of reference nets (or supply NDEx ID)
  3. Interactions are added

Alternative option:

  1. Apps > Extend network > select from predetermined set of reference nets (or supply NDEx ID)
  2. Interactions and nodes are added

If CORUM file is uploaded to NDEx, this would cover popular Krogan lab operation.
