Scripted support for WikiPathways App data visualization workflow

This is a subset of issues from https://github.com/cytoscape/cytoscape-tutorials/issues/86 that will be addressed by a scripted solution. The plan is to make r , python and javascript versions.

• Ease of visualizing p value using node border color and weight
• Ease of opening multiple pathways
• Ease of importing data files to more than one pathway/network
• We will make a third workflow for network-style pathways
