Many pathways have phosphosite information encoded as a structured comment on the node state, but nobody knows how to use this in Cytoscape to visualize data.
Once the tutorial exists, it should be linked to from the relevant stage in the WP Academy.
This should probably be a separate tutorial, as opposed to another workflow in the general WikiPathways App tutorial.
