Updates to Legend Creator tutorial #108

[x] Many slides are too wordy and concepts could be described more clearly
[x] Replace the term "ramp functions"
[x] The slides describing the current style options are confusing, consider replacing them with one slide showing how each visual style property is translated to the legend
[x] Add more content about how the legend can be customized using Annotations panel
[x] Important notes should be larger font (they are currently smaller than the normal font)

Major overhaul is complete. The remaining bullet point, " Add more content about how the legend can be customized using Annotations panel", will be done once the Legend Creator app has been updated (which will require additional changes to the tutorial).
