Bug report button doesn't work #135

That is not good. What browser and os were you using? If it still doesnt work you could post here: https://groups.google.com/g/cytoscape-helpdesk

I've attempted to troubleshoot this issue, but the code functions correctly only in Chrome, with other browsers its not working as the onclick is not sending any network request.
