Under certain conditions, the Diffusion Output panel starts printing null pointer exceptions to the terminal.
The conditions are a little convoluted, but they're probably pointing to something problematic.
To replicate:
1) Run Cytoscape from a terminal
2) Open a network.
3) Run Diffusion on some nodes.
4) Save network and exit.
5) Reload the saved network.
6) Add a new node and then play around with the Heat Threshold in the Diffusion Output panel.
When I follow these steps, this happens:
