Upgrade spectate to 1.0.0 #228

A 1.0 release of spectate was recently published.

It includes some minor breaking changes, but they should not impact the usages here.

@marimeireles I actually posted an issue here on ipyigv: https://github.com/QuantStack/ipyigv/issues/11. It looks like spectate is (as yet) unused. Maybe you're still working on the project?
