renaming example file adding another example file #230

I added Ipycytoscape_from_Scratch_part_2.ipynb and hence since this is the continuation in part of the other one I already pull requested some time ago I change the name of the existing one to Ipycytoscape_from_Scratch_part_1.ipynb

Hi @marimeireles hi @ianhi, It is my intention to publish an article with the content of the above notebook in medium and continuation in part of the first one once/if the PR is accepted.
