Update and reduce icon size for UA SNRE, CyVerse, ARS on the Home Page #43

Make the icons 1/4 smaller and let's go with a standard circular icon shapes for UA and CyVerse on the Home Page. When the user hover's their mouse over the icons, they should light up, and if possible have the text pop out that identifies the Icon and is hyperlinked as it is now.

Change the Credits to a transparent icon (pick one you like) and move to lower right corner

I'm waiting on potential JMetro changes to see what can be done about the credits button. For now, I've made the icons smaller, and removed the rounded corners to bring it closer in line with a modern look.
