Better Exception reporting. #8

Certain exceptions need to show up in the "error" field in the scoreboard, but do not. It might be helpful if they showed up in a popup window.

added error in a popup window.
this could still be made better by instead of throwing an exception (forcing program restart) simply ending the currently running game. This would make robot debugging easier.
