getLevelSceneZ returns 19 x 19 grid #13

I expect to get a 22 x 22 grid, but what I get is a 19 x 19 grid. Now I do not
know if I can trust that Mario is at 11,11 as stated in all the tutorials.

I am using the newest version of the code and running it without errors or
warnings in Eclipse Gallileio.

I hope to have the issue resolved by getting verified information about mario's
coordinates (are they 11,11 or something else?), and by having explained the 19
to 22 difference.

Also, it is important to know whether or not the (x,19) cells can see the
bottom or not, when finding out if there are holes that mario has to jump over.

I also want to have your answer about that. I think that the new dimensions of
the level is 19x19 and mario is located on 9x9 cell. Am i correct?
