Minor inconsistency in pronoun list: "it/him" should be "it/he" #91

In every other case where two different pronouns are combined, the subject form is used for both pronouns (e.g. he/it, it/she, she/they, etc.), but then there's "it/him", which should actually be "it/he" following the same convention.
