Chat: number of online users is not always accurate #5

Actual Result When multiple users are online, they flicker between online and offline every few seconds. Expected Result User online/offline status should stay constant and accurate.

Browsers Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Chrome Mobile, Safari Mobile Roles All roles

It is the limit of AJAX technology. We cannot fix it.
