GIFs do not animate in the body of articles #6

Actual Result: GIFs do not animate in the body of articles Expected Result: GIFs should animate in the body of articles, like they do when uploaded as a companion to the preview

Browsers: Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Chrome Mobile, Safari Mobile Roles: All Roles

Not sure if I need to change the editor in order to achieve animation. If GIFs only animate in certain editors (full HTML, PHP, etc), then we should note it somewhere.

I added the original image for a type of an inserted picture. A user should select the original image for a animated gif picture.
