Maya 2009 breaks Dynamica plugin #127

Recompile Dynamica plugin for Windows, install it and the simulation 
doesn't run. Former versions for Maya 2008, 8.5 work fine.

Is this due to a change in the Maya 2009 API?

dSolverNode::compute is not called each frame during play back in Maya 2009.

We need to figure out why. Any help is welcome.
