BulletMultiThreaded/SpuCollisionObjectWrapper.cpp:27: error: cast from 
'const btCollisionObject*' to 'ppu_address_t' loses precision

Is there an automatic way to either add -DUSE_ADDR64 for 64bit platforms, 
or skip BulletMultiThreaded library?
