Add GP results #35

I really wanted to include GP results, but there are so many more of them I don't see myself having the time to do it. But that would be a really cool thing to have. #15

There are only about 500 of them. How hard can that be...

@OdinFK I read the conversation and know that it's going to be very difficult to implement. i just wanted to have an individual place for the topic were we can agree on action. :)

I don't know why it never occurred to me, but there is a very simple way to get all the GP Top 8s included. Well, it's easy for you guys anyway I suppose. There is this page: https://magic.wizards.com/en/events/coverage/top-players/statistics/gp-top-8-by-event Should not be harder to read out than reading out an individual Pro Tour standings page.

If one of you thinks about doing this tell me in advance please. I can tell you how the Pro Points and cash were distributed during which period. That should only lead to a couple of lines of extra code, but this way I would not have to add all of this manually.
