Can't set external display to 100% with latest version #36

Upgraded to v1.3.1. As others have commented, it's a shame the old display slider and keyboard controls have been removed, and with the latest version I cannot set my external display above 96% brightness.

I appreciate the effort to allow configuration of brightness levels to better sync with the internal display, but this doesn't seem the easiest to configure. Rather than have multiple sliders, why not assume a linear behaviour of the external display's brightness control and simply set the brightness of the internal display that is equivalent of zero on the external?

e.g. My external display at 0% brightness is equivalent to my internal display at 56%. So scale my external display between 0% and 100% while my internal display moves between 56% and 100% (and leave it at 0% when my internal display is below 56%). Those are roughly the numbers that would work for me, but I'm really just providing an example.

Anyway, the fact I cannot set my external display to 100% has meant a rollback to v1.2.0 for me. Details: MacOS 10.14.6, MBP 2017, Monitor Dell U2419HC
