Contact History & Study default Order

What steps will reproduce the problem (i.e. what is an example search or
form submission that will produce the problem, please give all details)?
1. If you open the contact history for any baby, the information shows up in 
reverse chronological order (aka the oldest entry first).  
2. Also, if you open the study history, the studies automatically show up in 
alphabetical order rather than chronological order.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

It is supposed to have the most recent event first, for both the contact 
history and study history.

If you have a hunch or know what the problem is, what is it?

Please remember to include me (czarrar) in the cc box of the form so I get an 
email. Not a big deal but will just help to make sure that I know you have 
posted something.

I will look into this...the reason this is now a problem is because you can now 
manually re-order things (which didn't work before)...so that change mucks this 
other stuff up but it can be fixed.
