dates showing up in the year 2020

What steps will reproduce the problem (i.e. what is an example search or
form submission that will produce the problem, please give all details)?
1. go to subject 1100, look at contact history

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

not sure what the years should be, but definitely we did not call them in 2020. 
 any idea why some dates might have transferred that way?

If you have a hunch or know what the problem is, what is it?

If someone can let me know what the real year should be for this contact 
history item, then I can make the fix manually. Otherwise you can let me know 
what date to put instead....

I try to autodetermine the date for the contact history from the old database. 
The old db isn't always consistent so there are times where my automated code 
makes mistakes like this one.

the year should be 2010.  also, all contacts have been doubled for this kid, is 
it possible to delete the duplicates? (this issue has come up with other kids 
too, not sure how many.)
