Study history to ONLY include completed studies #49

What page (e.g. Baby Search) will be affected?

Study History

Summary of functionality to add

If a baby is cancelled or does not show up "No Show", we would like the study 
NOT to appear in the Study History page.  We would only like completed studies 
listed there.

Give an example of change in usage of database with new feature (optional).

If you want a form to change, please indicate the way the form looks now
and what you would like the form to look like (optional)?

I am changing this to a feature request. I believed there was some discussion 
that we could have a button that would hide studies in the study history list 
where a baby did not show up or cancelled.
