Methods files should only be synced if a change is made to chromatography methods or biological standards.

Syncing all files, no matter how small, takes too much time.

Jumped the gun – need to rethink the strategy for syncing MSP libraries.

After some thought, here's what I'm thinking:

An MSP file should be uploaded to Drive when the user saves it to a chromatography method (or biological standard).
MSP files should be downloaded from Drive when the user opens their settings, but only if the MSP file was modified.
