rename khtools to sencha #61

I use sublime as my text editor, I just did

  1. find and replace of all khtools to sencha
  2. then renamed the khtools folder to sencha on terminal
  3. renamed the github repo
  4. and then renamed the rest of the kh-tools to sencha

I think we should wait until the tests pass to see if it worked
