Output gzipped fasta files #87

Some deep sequencing experiments can have protein fasta files on the order of several gigabytes, so to alleviate disk space I think it is a good idea to add an option to output to gzipped.

gzipping (or otherwise compressing) the csv file with coding scores would also be useful! these are usually my largest files output by orpheum.
