missing packages to run the acquisition #157

We are missing the following packages to run the acquisition. Recently, when I was testing the acquisition I realized the following are missing:

pymmcore
pyjavaz

This must be for a newer version of pycromanager - version 0.28.1 which we use with mantis should not require these packages. Let me know if that's not the case
