Does there batch effect between the data in Tabula muris (2018 paper) and Tabula muris Senis (2020 paper)? #53

I am working for developing batch effect correction method, and want to use your data as a case.

Here is a question. Does there existing batch effect between the datasets in Tabula muris (2018 paper) and Tabula muris Senis (2020 paper)?

I know there is batch effect between FACS and droplet data, but I wonder the datasets generated in same tech but different studies (for example, FACS) have batch effect?
