Lung and Trachea #241

Hey, firstly thanks for the data set! While working with it, I discovered that both Trachea sets and some of the Lung data, in the microfluidic droplet data, have exactly the same barcodes. Trachea-10X_P8_14 Trachea-10X_P8_15 Lung-10X_P8_12 Lung-10X_P8_13 Is this intentional or should I discard them for further analysis? Thank you!
