Improving start time and/or support configuration reloading #99

We're seeing about a ten minute gap in stats after starting up with a large number of targets. Perhaps startup time could be improved or a configuration reload feature could be added which would reduce the gaps.

This was fixed in 1.1.1 thanks to https://github.com/hikhvar
