!!Con West reserved the Courtyard (yay!), but it didn't come with tables and chairs or anything. So we need to make sure that happens. They might be willing to help us pay for it though.
Might do UCSC event rentals - $.80/plastic chair + $7.50/folding table (either 6 or 8ft) + labor.
Or UCSC Catering recommends Alexis Party Rental; more expensive but nicer and more options
