We have explained how a email should be as well as providing various example on how an email should be. Seems tester is nitpicking something that is already there.

Reason for disagreement: Explaining how an email should be doesn't mean that the user will be able to understand how an email should be like. The explanation isn't clear and simple enough for a non-technical user to understand as it contains technical jargon that typical users would not be able to understand. The application is also not targeted at technical users.
The only example provided here was local-part@domain
which only explains the local-part
but the domain name and domain label wasn't explained.
I actually really don't know what is a domain label and domain name. Thinking from the user's perspective, I think they would be confused as well.
I believe this should be considered as a UG bug under the explanation sections pointer 3.
