guest fields and dietary requirement tags are not the same

I recalled adding a guest with a dietary preference of 'meat only' and as displayed in the dietary requirements panel there is 1 guest with that preference however when i searched "guest filter d/meat only", no results were displayed even though i can clearly see there is still a guest with that preference in the panel beside as shown below.

After finding the for the user with that dietary preference, i realised their dietary preference was tagged as "Meat only" which was changed to all lower-caps in the dietary requirements panel so only typing "guest filter d/Meat only" will display the guest.

This may be confusing for users who may just filter according to the data displayed in the panel
