I would like to know if there any way to customize the theme by changing the framework ?

I'm not sure what the question is, but you can customize the theme in any way you want by forking this package and changing anything you want about it.

If you want to make large changes, I do recommend reading through the code to get a better idea of how this package and the CMS Core package depend on eachother.

That said, I personally expect Nova to render this entire CMS redundant soon, so I don't expect this CMS to be supported for much longer.
