"-OutStar 1" does not work #23

Hi Shawn,

I compiled MotionCor3_v1.1.1 on Rocky Linux 8, and it runs normally when calculating a single movie file, but the star file is not generated when using the '-OutStar 1' option.

Do I miss something during my compilation?
