CC-BY-NC-SA-4.0 is not compatible with AGPLv3+ (because of the "NC"). Using AGPLv3+ works.

Apologies, I'm still setting up my project for Weblate, some things (such as screenshots) have not been added yet.

@comradekingu I have set up the project on Weblate already; it is now working well. Can you help to finish the translations? Android Studio shows errors for missing translations, and I cannot build the app. Thanks.

@czlucius Done. I can add a PR with possible improvements for the source strings if you like. Edit: If you add "kingu" in https://hosted.weblate.org/access/code-scanner/#users I can add the plugin for populating empty strings.
