Inspect JSON schemas and look for unnecessary constraints #131

There was an unnecessary constraint discovered recently in one of our schemas. We should do a quick review of every schemas and check for unnecessary constraints like maxItems, minItems, etc.

We have inspected the schemas and did not find any more unnecessary constraints at this time.
