[ZCO-139] Fix `open/vault` not sending out a `x-success` call #76

Looks like that on iOS, the open/vault route does not call back — I'm testing with Actions for Obsidian and it never receives any return value on success.

Can't reproduce. My working theory is that my test vault had some issues stemming from intermitting iCloud Drive problems. Closing.
