Change of student titles and assignment #259

Please change Not Ready to Awaiting Exam and make this the default tag on a student on being accepted to Gander Student. Currently ready for pick up is default and it announces this on Discord.

Please amend Discord status so that Ready for Pick up is number 2 in the list and then announces one the status of student has been changed from Awaiting Exam to Ready to pick up.
