Are you certain you put it as 6PM utc? 1800z isn't able to be put in like that.
I selected 1800 off the calendar which then showed as posted in pictures as 06:00PM UTC very confusing

I can make it 24hr time instead of 12hr time if you want. Doesn't seem like there is anything wrong with it otherwise.

Check for the removal of all references of AM/PM
