Fixes for working on Windows #162

I tried to fix errors when working on Windows. With Deno, there is one more left, but here I can hardly help anything. image

You also need to check if my edits did not interfere with other OSs, because I tried it on a virtual machine with linux, only I have wayland there, which is why library, in principle, did not assemble.

I rolled back to Deno 1.8.3 and everything worked, also corrected one more point, now everything works. The only problem at the moment is only on Node after launch, after about three seconds it crashes with the following error: image
