[x] VisWindow#setKeepWithinParent attribute.
[x] FloatingGroup tag.
[x] FloatingGroup support in DragPane.
[x] Spinner tag.
- [x] int.
- [x] float.
- [x] BigDecimal.
- [x] Array.

VisUI 1.0.2 is likely to be released soon. gdx-lml-vis 1.6 is going to use this VisUI version, so we want to support the new features before 1.6 is made public.
